Senior UX Designer

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements

Create conceptual models, wireframes, and visual designs using Figma, and iterate on designs based on feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to design systems and prioritize mobile-first, responsive design

Required Qualifications

Experience in UX design for complex enterprise applications, preferably with Salesforce

Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and visual design

Proficiency with Figma and design system implementation

Experience designing for both customer-facing and internal tools

Familiarity with AI-driven chat interfaces and troubleshooting flows
