Insight Global is currently seeking New Patient Coordinators to support the Revenue Cycle Department across five locations in the Dallas area. These coordinators will contribute to providing high-quality, evidence-based care close to home. This oncology clinic treats half of all Texans diagnosed with cancer annually, driving forward their mission of achieving more breakthroughs and victories.
Day to Day : You’ll manage the new patient referral process from start to finish, not just answering phones. This includes :
- Insurance verification and benefit checks
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Managing patient records and pre-visit documentation
- Triaging referrals and supporting providers with complex admin needs
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance and top-tier patient experience
Must Haves :
2+ years in the pre-service patient coordination processStrong understanding of insurance, medical records, and schedulingExperience with PMS / EHR platforms and Microsoft OfficeJob Longevity in Past RolesHS Diploma or GEDWhy this role?
