$100,000 $130,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

A well-established engineering firm is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead and deliver challenging building projects. This is a senior-level position with a balance of technical design, project oversight, and team mentorship. Youll be a key contributor from concept through construction, ensuring innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead structural design for buildings, foundations, retaining walls, and related systems
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct site visits, inspections, and peer reviews
Review and approve drawings, calculations, and project documents
Provide technical solutions to complex structural challenges
Mentor junior engineers and support team development

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience

PE or SE license

Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience with commercial, parking, or infrastructure projects is a plus
