What You will Do :

The Project Management Lead Associate will play a strategic role in the planning, execution, and tracking of complex projects. They will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level management
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary
• Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses
• Lead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project success
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managers

Work Experience

Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

This role is considered an on-site position located in Indianapolis, IN Or Plainfield, IN

Benefits

Exempt Salary Range : $65K - $75K DOE
