Position Details :
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient and quality operation of the Shop
- Oversee Shop personnel and daily operations
- Organize and prioritize workflow of Shop and Mechanics
- Schedule required service appointments
- File and process returns and warranty claims
- Ensure all equipment and tools are working properly
- Ensure cleanliness of the Shop, inside and out
- Ensure all employees are trained properly and follow procedures set forth
- Provide coaching to employees so they are aware of areas for improvement
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Evaluate and document any return job problems and be able to remedy the problem and communicate this to upper management
- Ensure invoices are turned in daily
- Keep orderly records
