About the Job : Job Summary :

Lorenz Total Wellness is a growing integrative clinic in Tomball, TX , specializing in manual therapy enhanced with cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking a Licensed Manual Therapist (Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Chiropractor) to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced professionals who are eager to grow in a supportive, innovative, and people-focused environment.

We offer in-depth training in Synergy Release Therapy (SRT) — our approach to restoring movement and balance — and advanced tools including Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) , Polychromatic Light Therapy , Winback TECAR , and TENS .

Our clinic is committed to providing personalized, non-invasive treatments that help clients overcome chronic pain and elevate their overall well-being. We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused professionals who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care and creating a positive, impactful experience for every individual we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide hands-on manual therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Integrate technology-assisted modalities (training provided).
  • Accurately document client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and optional community events or workshops.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a degree, license, or certification in a related field. ( MT, PT, OT, Chiro or relevant bodywork field ).
  • Passion for holistic health and wellness.
  • Eagerness to learn new therapeutic techniques.
  • Experience in sales or client education preferred.
  • Ability to alternate between tasks and offer support as needed.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong manual therapy skills with a passion for helping others feel better and move better.
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, organizational skills and teamwork.
  • Eagerness to grow with a small, mission-driven company in an exciting expansion phase.
