Key Responsibilities

Process, verify, and dispense medication orders

Supervise preparation of IV admixtures

Review patient medication regimens for safety and accuracy

Oversee medication inventory and delivery staging

Provide clinical support to healthcare staff via phone and email

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD)

Long-term care or hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
