Collaborative Culture : Team-oriented environment that values growth, positivity, and performance. $30 per hour during training once licensed, followed by base pay plus commission and monthly bonuses. Top agents earn between $6,000 and $8,000 per month in their first year, with unlimited earning potential. Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) or willingness to obtain (EIP will sponsor licensing). High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work full-time on-site in Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients nationwide on Medicare plan options and help them choose the right coverage for their needs.
- Manage pre-qualified leads generated internally, no cold calling required.
- Build relationships through consultative phone-based sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals with the support of our leadership and training teams.
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation for each client interaction.
