Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Salary : $150,000–$200,000 per year Full benefits package (to be detailed by the company)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospital and healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and risk management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
