What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and engage construction talent (skilled and unskilled trades)
- Maintain a strong pipeline of vetted workers ready to be deployed
- Partner with our operations team to fill roles quickly and accurately
- Conduct interviews and perform reference / background checks as needed
- Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to job start
- Stay up to date on market trends and local labor needs in the Tempe / Phoenix area
