We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent Professional with our Company.

Responsibilities include :

• respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
• respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
• optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
• use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
• maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition
• prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
• walk move-ins to ensure readiness
