Calling all experienced Snow Equipment Operators ! Southview Design is hiring for the upcoming snow removal season. Join our team and put your skills to work.

Summary of the position : A Snow Equipment Operator is responsible for running a variety of snow removal machines from walks, driveways, and parking lots during a snow event. Position is on call, hours and schedule may vary.

Duties :

• Communicate with Zone Coordinator, Area Supervisor, and others to ensure a high level of communication, exceptional quality standards, and efficient job performance is consistently met.
• Ensure all tasks are being done following company's procedures, safety, and personnel policies.
• Operation of skid loader, tractor, front end loader and other pertinent machinery to remove snow from sidewalks and driveways.
• Follow instructions from Zone Coordinator and Area Supervisor, meet deadlines, and maintain the schedule assigned.
• Ice management as needed, direction given by Zone Coordinator and Area Supervisor.
• Apply salt as needed and directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, with responsibilities and tasks subject to change as needed.
