Our client, a global manufacturing group with a rapidly expanding footprint, is seeking an Epicor Applications Specialist to help drive the continued rollout, optimization, and user adoption of their Epicor Kinetic ERP system . This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity to join a technology-forward team and take ownership of key ERP processes that touch every part of the business.

You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ERP isn't just back-office, it's the core of how the company runs. What You'll Do :

• Analyze and implement Epicor-based solutions across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance.
• Configure, support, and enhance Epicor modules, assignments based on experience and business needs.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, dashboards, and data directives.
• Design system workflows and integrate Epicor with external platforms and tools.
• Provide end-user support and deliver training / documentation to drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Participate in project teams for module rollouts, system upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay current on Epicor updates and best practices, recommending enhancements proactively.
