Account Associate - International
The Account Associate - International is responsible for assisting the Account Executive to maintain profitable relationships between the customer and company. This position supports the Wholesale business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and required working on site five days per week.
Major Responsibilities :
- Review weekly selling performance
- Track advertising, review layouts and confirm delivery of product.
- Assist executives Preparing reports
- Attend sales meeting with sales team
- Communicate with accounts, sale reps and vendors to maintain excellent customer relations.
- Confirm pricing with vendors customers.
- Create folders of purchase orders while maintaining them with daily correspondence and file them according to delivery
- Check orders into AS400 system
- Create spec sheets and cost sheets in customer's website
- Work with customer to cancel and re-order product
- Informing customers of product and order information
- Confirm delivery with vendors and block out factory space.
- Inform vendors of customer's spec and requirements
- Follow up with buyers on sample approval.
- Review samples and compare to sales samples and advise product development team if there is a problem in material, color, construction etc.
- Review customers websites bi-weekly for updated information and new requirements. Advise vendors of any updates.
- Create picture book for each customer
- Attend shoe shows
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredProficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Suite1-2 years experience in customer service or related fieldKnowledge of retail mathThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000- $65,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
