A company is looking for a Support Engineer to join its Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical issues and questions via various communication platforms
Triage issues internally using monitoring tools and join live troubleshooting calls
Create and maintain support documentation and identify repeat issues for improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years in technical support, fintech onboarding, or implementation roles
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, Postman, JSON, and RESTful integrations
Domain experience in crypto, payments, or fintech preferred
Experience with automation and AI workflows
