We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our Orlando, FL office.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in immigration court hearings, removal defense cases, and appeals.

Prepare petitions, waivers, and applications for USCIS and other agencies.

Advise clients on case strategy, provide legal counsel, and ensure excellent communication.

Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff, promoting best practices.

Stay up to date with immigration law and policy changes.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).

Proven experience in immigration law.

Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred.
