Architect

Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking an Architect for their team in Appleton, Wisconsin!

Responsibilities :

• Perform complex architectural / design assignments through innovative professional knowledge and design concepts
• Produce equipment schedules and quantity take-off reports
• Establish design direction, develop technical drawings / specifications, and project schedule / budget
• Manage projects of all sizes and complexities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Keep current on architectural methods, codes, processes and materials
• Evaluate alternative systems / methods by conducting complex feasibility and operating studies
• Ensure assigned projects meet quality control standards
• Assist with business development and completion of proposals
• Approve correspondence including standard AIA contracts
• Develop / implement company drawing standards
• Adhere to client drawing standards
• Travel to job sites as needed
• Meet budgets / deadlines
• Mentor / train junior staff

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
