This role offers hands-on experience across all stages of complex litigation, with the opportunity to advocate for a diverse roster of developers, builders, and contractors while collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in South Carolina , in good standing
• 5+ years of substantive litigation experience

Experience taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions
