Lead Highway Engineer

Residing on the list of the Engineering News Record (ENR)'s Top 500 Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring a Senior Highway Project Manager / Team Lead.

Our ideal candidate has 15-25 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects.Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!

Job Requirements

• 15-25 years of experience
• NJ PE License
• Previous experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and / or NJTPA
• Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
• Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
• Willing to attend marketing events
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Range : $115,000 - $130,000
