Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals and be the focal point for the entire Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Management team and Global Supply Chain Team Functions. This position will be 100% on site in our Clearfield, UT facility.

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a Program or collection of programs.
• Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers.
• Develops the material strategy and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP). Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make / buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies.
• Leads supply chain Program execution, is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk / opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution. Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting program cost and schedule performance.
• Will oversee all aspects of Supply Chain for the Organizational Unit, delivering status reports, act with a sense of urgency in response to exigent requirements, applying supply chain knowledge and experience to successfully navigate high pace and high-level expectations.
• Must have ability to educate program and functional teams, direct reports, and suppliers on processes, policies, FAR / DFARS, and procurement and subcontracting principles is essential.
• Encompass the full range of the procurement and subcontract acquisition process including participation in strategic sourcing decisions, domestic subcontracting, teaming agreement generation and execution, and preparing requests for proposals consistent with customer solicitations, federal statutes and regulations, and enterprise policies and procedures.
• Will have responsibilities for evaluating proposal submissions, identifying risk and mitigation strategies, developing negotiation plans and negotiating, and preparing subcontract files in compliance with Northrop Grumman principles and operating practices.

Primary Level Salary Range : $122,800.00 - $184,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
