Overview

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies that engage audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive measurable results. This dynamic, hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, and understands how to leverage content to make an impact.

Schedule : Full-time

Location : Onsite in Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Conceptualize, create, and edit original, engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, report insights, and recommend adjustments.
  • Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to followers and fostering connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
