Electrical Project Manager - Data Center Construction (Cedar Rapids)

A nationally ranked electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-volume hyperscale data center builds in Iowa. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of electrical scope from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate with field leadership, GCs, trades, and clients to drive project execution
• Lead submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost controls
• Ensure code compliance, QA / QC standards, and client specifications are met
• Support BIM coordination, equipment logistics, and installation planning
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
• Work closely with internal teams to forecast labor, material, and risk exposure
