As a sales associate, you will be responsible for keeping aisles neat and clean, working with supervisors and fellow associates, stocking shelves, and answering customer questions. You may also assist with checkout duties. The more you know about the store, the more successful you'll be. Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based incentive awards, and a range of benefits including health, financial, and paid time off. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates. The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes performance incentives and premiums.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions
