We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer (IE) for a permanent position in our Healthcare division. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, new process manufacturing lines, small projects, and Commercial and Residential electrical projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of system improvements, optimization of resources, and enhancement of overall efficiency. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities :

1. Apply industrial engineering concepts to design, implement, and optimize new process manufacturing lines within the healthcare sector.

2. Lead small projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

3. Utilize your expertise in commercial and residential electrical projects to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our healthcare facilities.

4. Conduct system and process analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of processes and equipment.

6. Develop and implement effective quality control systems to ensure the production of high-quality products and services.

7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

8. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.

9. Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on new process manufacturing lines, small projects, and commercial and residential electrical projects.

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and completing projects.

4. Excellent understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and methodologies.

5. Strong knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems.

6. Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and software.

7. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and lead when required.

9. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

10. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

11. Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

12. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

13. Certification or licensure in Industrial Engineering or a related field will be considered a plus.
