Our pediatric dental office is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk to enhance our patient care services. Clinical Setting We are a brand-new, modern pediatric dental practice bringing island vibes and smiles to Sachse! Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry is looking for friendly, reliable team members to help us create a fun, kid-friendly environment while delivering outstanding patient care. Candidate Requirements We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts. Willing to provide training in our digital patient communication software, Flex dental. Responsibilities : Greet patients and families with a smile, making children feel at ease. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily patient flow. Verify insurance and handle patient check-in / out, billing, and payments. Assist with recall reminders and patient communication through our software. Maintain a professional, positive, and organized front desk environment. Qualifications : Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (pediatric a plus!). Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with dental software (Open Dental experience a bonus). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Dental Coding and Insurance billing training (AAPC, Dental Claims academy or local CE providers) #MNSTR
