Rapid Wash Attendant

Works outdoors in the tunnel car wash entry. Responsible for pre-treating vehicles and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provides quick and pleasant customer service and satisfaction
• Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers
• Promotes the car wash and processes the sale in an effective and timely manner (if applicable)
• Washes and details guest vehicles by following Rapid Wash instructions
• Complies with all uniform and appearance standards
• Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
• Performs additional duties as requested by Management, especially during downtimes
