Senior Power BI Developer

True Solutions is looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who transforms data into meaningful insights through powerful dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.

As our Senior Power BI Developer , you will lead the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions, enabling business leaders to visualize trends, track KPIs, and uncover data-driven opportunities across multiple functions. You will play a critical role in architecting scalable data models, shaping visual analytics standards, and mentoring junior developers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a professional environment
• Deep expertise in DAX and Power Query (M language)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases
• Ability to design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, from data ingestion to visualization
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL Database)
• Familiarity with integrating Power BI into enterprise environments (gateways, embedding, Power BI Service)
• Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of reports and dashboards
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems)
