Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist located in Hayward, CA. This role is centered on providing psychological services within a school environment, supporting student development, and contributing to a collaborative educational team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and inform intervention strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Counsel students, helping them address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to design supportive learning environments.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert insights on student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid California School Psychologist credential.
  • Experience with psychological assessments and developing IEPs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Knowledge of educational laws and regulations related to special education.
