Job Title : Project Administrator
Location : Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
Duration : 3 months with possibility of extension
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in LMS administration or learning program coordination.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
1. LMS Administration & Data Management (SuccessFactors)
Build and maintain courses, programs, and curricula in SuccessFactors LMS.Manage user data, rosters, completions, and schedules.Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.Run reports and ensure accurate tracking of learning activities.Ensure timely and precise execution of all LMS-related tasks.2. Logistics & Program Coordination
Manage logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions.Coordinate materials, supplies, and A / V inventory for learning events.Maintain and organize the GLLD mailbox, responding to inquiries and routing communications appropriately.Support scheduling and calendar management for learning programs.Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and training sessions.3. Communication & Collaboration
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program execution.Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset in a changing environment.
