Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Quality and HSE Manager to lead quality programs ensuring product excellence and regulatory compliance at our facility. This role combines strategic quality management with hands-on leadership of quality assurance initiatives.

Summary of essential job functions :

• Develop and maintain quality objectives aligned with corporate goals
• Manage QA / HSE initiatives and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods and data analysis
• Oversee inspection, testing, and evaluation standards development
• Lead quality engineering reviews and vendor quality assessments
• Direct quality training programs and department supervision
• Present technical reports to management team
• Ensure compliance with government and industry quality codes
