Salary : $135,000-$175,000

• This position requires the successful applicant to perform mobile wound care services in Kitsap County of Washington State

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license with authority to practice in Washington State.

Certification or significant experience in wound care (e.g., CWS, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred.

Prescriptive authority (DEA number not required)

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and auto insurance for travel between patient locations.

Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, debridement, biopsies and advanced wound care techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a mobile setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide advanced wound care to patients in their homes and skilled nursing facilities.

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Conduct telehealth / virtual visits as permitted by state laws

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, treatments, and progress.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management and prevention strategies.

Travel efficiently between patient locations in Snohomish and King Counties

Work autonomously and collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
