Assists in developing programs that address health care and health care education needs of communities served. Conducts research and assessments to determine community needs. Develops and nurtures relationships with community stakeholders and others to identify underserved and at-risk populations. Plans, organizes and conducts community engagement programs, including community-based education, health care needs assessments, health screenings, testing, mass vaccination and other health care-related programs. Plans and coordinates the resources and tasks necessary for operations; manages the administrative details and day-to-day operations related to community engagement programs in conjunction with the Tri-County Health Network and coalition.

Ability to maintain 20 / 40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. Ability to see and recognize objects at a distance. Ability to match or discriminate between colors. Ability to determine distance / relationship between objects; depth perception. Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction. Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements. Ability to work in a latex safe environment.
Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work or related degree and three years of experience related to health care, community relations, or similar experience; or a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work or related degree and five years of experience related to health care, community relations, or similar experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed. Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with others is essential.
