• Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to ensure their functionality, reliability, and usability and interaction with the Web application.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the desired functionality of the applications.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues or improvements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Comfortable with Jira and Zephyr or other test case management, test execution, bug tracking tools.
• Perform manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform regression testing using manual and automated tools
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
