California Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Insurance Defense Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent the company in insurance defense litigation, including trials, hearings, depositions, and motion practice

Develop and implement defense strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including discovery, legal research, and drafting of pleadings and motions

Qualifications :

Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar

Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including trial experience

Extensive knowledge of California civil procedure, insurance law, and relevant case law

Strong courtroom presence and ability to argue cases effectively in front of a jury

Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively within a team
