A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities :
Intake testing requests and collaborate with requestors to develop effective testing strategies
Coordinate with Service Delivery to staff tests and ensure expectations are met
Collect and analyze feedback from testers, presenting insights and recommendations to Program Management
Required Qualifications :
Experience in software development or IT project management
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to solve complex problems and adapt strategies
Proven track record of critical thinking
Experience with user acceptance testing or product development is highly desired
