ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Principal Product Manager (Artificial Intelligence) , you will take the lead in defining the strategy and vision for creating cutting-edge client-facing AI solutions. You will design transformative, user-centric AI systems that elevate business operational efficiency, enhance technical support, and redefine client engagement and experience. In addition, you will be building out our Agent Development Kit (ADK), tailored to empower our clients' developers to create their own robust, intelligent agents and solutions using our APIs. By leveraging a deep understanding of AI, AI agents, and user-centric design, you will ensure our AI capabilities align with both client expectations and business objectives.
