SR. MARKETING& COMMUNICATION MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and VicePresident of Sales, prepare marketing material for the Completions Center aswell as direct social media campaigns.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Tasks : Participate in the following.
Edit and distribute press releases to media outlets.
Tasks : Participate in the following :
Updating regularly the web site with new front page, pages update, new pictures, new press releases, black site creation, etc.
Tasks : Participate in the following :
Organize booth and / or static display logistics, event planning, press releases, guest lists, invitations, sponsorships, etc.
for Airshows, typically ABACE, EBACE, NBAA, and MEBA.
Tasks : Participate in the following :
Update current brochures or develop new ones in partnership with our design agency. This would include group brochures, Comlux America brochures, Fly Comlux brochures, aircraft leaflets, etc.
Participate in comparing actual expense with budget for each activity assigned.
Tasks : Participate in the following :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC. :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or businessadministration.
2. 10+ year's prior experience in progressive marketingand / or sales roles with a history of success.
3. In-depth knowledge in principles of business aviationto include Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier product lines.
4. Ability toinfluence and sway outcomes during the sales process.
5. Known in the industry as a contact with several OEMs,vendors and most importantly customers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
The work environment described here is representative of thoserequired by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job with orwithout reasonable accommodations.
The office building where this position works is a typical officeenvironment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmentalissues in the immediate vicinity of the work station. The employee in thisposition will experience occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, andenvironmental elements when called upon to locate personnel working inside oroutside of a Hangar.

INTRODUCTORY PERIOD
Please note that you will be on a ninety (90) day probation, duringwhich your performance will be evaluated. Comlux shall periodicallyreview your performance and ability to perform each of the essential functionsof your position identified above prior to the expiration of the probationaryperiod. If you fail to pass the performance review or display behavioralissues or fail to meet expectations for reporting to work on time as scheduled,you shall be considered as having failed to qualify for continued employmentduring the probationary period, in which case Comlux shall be entitled toimmediately terminate your employment.
