Industrial Maintenance Technician – $24–$28 / hr. | Temp-to-Perm

Gahanna, OH | 12-hour shifts | Day & Night Rotating Schedule

About the Job

Adecco is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading plastics manufacturer in Gahanna. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and career growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform preventive maintenance and machine installations

Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve issues

Fabricate and repair with shop tools (lathe, drill press, welding, etc.)

Support production staff and maintain safety standards

Schedule

12-hour shifts : 8 AM–8 PM

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Occasional overtime required

Pay & Benefits

$24.00 – $28.00 / hr (based on experience)

Temp-to-perm opportunity

Weekly pay + overtime

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance or technical trade experience

Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems (PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors)

Skilled with diagnostic tools, fabrication, and preventive maintenance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts

Pay Details : $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
