Are you an experienced environmental leader with a passion for grid resilience and renewable energy? One of our client, with an established engineering and environmental consulting firm is looking for a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join their growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a hybrid role with the chance to drive impactful projects and lead the charge in sustainability.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee environmental projects from concept to completion, focusing on grid resilience and renewable energy.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance.
• Supervise field investigations, ensuring data collection and analysis is spot-on.
• Develop proposals, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all deliverables.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Geology / Hydrogeology.

10+ years in environmental investigations, remediation, and compliance.
