Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to the production and assembly of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machines. We seek a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for organization and flexibility to contribute to our fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage general production processes ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of materials.
• Assemble parts in accordance with specified guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Coordinate shipping operations utilizing shipping software for smooth delivery execution.
• Package and label products accurately for distribution.
• Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as required, especially after regular shift hours.

Work Environment

The work environment involves exposure to varying temperatures, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with some exposure to the elements when dock doors are open. The standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
