Project Manager I-Non-Technical
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Project Managers I-Non-Technical in Jacksonville, FL to plan and coordinate all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery. Ensure requirements for internal projects align to operational standards. Develop alternate requirements as needed. Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles. Assign and monitor work of project team, providing analytical support and direction. Manage project risks, issues / problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, including deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. Serve as liaison between internal organizations to ensure all project requirements are met. Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to leadership. Conduct project closure activities, handover documentation, conduct post-project review and identify areas of improvement. Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations. Identify areas for improvement and recommend and implement solutions. Create and deliver plans for strategic initiatives to improve colleague experience. Communicate updates and deliver stories on a variety of strategic topics via multiple channels (e.g., newsletter, website, video, social media, meetings, slide decks). Maintain the CTO SharePoint site, ensuring all content is clear, informative and up to date.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation : carrying out Project Management in a global enterprise organization including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder reporting; creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to technical and non-technical audiences; performing editorial and technical writing; utilizing Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress; working with Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for documentation, reporting, and collaboration; creating business and technical documentation with SharePoint and WordPress; performing data analysis & reporting with Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making; and performing editorial writing, including the creation of detailed project documentation, user guides, and reports. In the alternative, the employer will accept two (2) years of work experience to satisfy the degree requirement. Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
