Role Overview :

We are seeking a Board-Certified PMHNP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care, excellent clinical judgment, and a collaborative approach to patient management. This role offers a flexible schedule, the opportunity to work in both telehealth and in-home settings, and the support of a dedicated administrative and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and adjustment of psychiatric medications.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Offer patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication use.
