Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Location : Auburn, WA

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay :  25-28 / hr DOE

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and service temporary climate control equipment on project sites. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow safety standards, and contribute to keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities :

Set up, maintain, and demobilize temporary climate control equipment on project sites.

Utilize downtime to maintain and prepare equipment for upcoming projects.

Complete company-provided training requirements within the first 6 months of employment, including :

OSHA 10-hour training for general industry

DOT physical and certification

Forklift and aerial lift certification

GHS and hazard communication for general industry

Trailer load securement and safety

Electrical safety courses

Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

Ensure safe handling, operation, and transportation of all equipment.

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Requirements :

Minimum of two years of technical school or two years of on-the-job experience in a related field preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to perform duties that are physical in nature.

Strong attention to safety and compliance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to project sites.
