The PTA monitors patient progress, adjusts treatments as needed, and communicates outcomes to the supervising therapist. Essential Duties Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ambulation, and use of supportive devices. Administer treatment plans per Physical Therapist directives. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Participate in care conferences, staff meetings, and trainings as required. Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
