Description :

We are seeking a skilled Wheelabrator and Burnishing Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the finishing process of metal parts. Your expertise will contribute to the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate Wheelabrator and burnishing machines to finish metal parts according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Wheelabrator and burnishing machine operator or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.

    Hours :

  • 40 Hours Weekly
  • 5 Day Workweek - 8 Hour Shift
