A company is looking for a Claim Operations Associate for California Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Address simple requests and complaints in claims operations via telephone, email, or voicemail
Utilize call center software and learn to identify discrepancies in information
Assist with basic claim setup, entry, and general correspondence under supervision
Required Qualifications
High school diploma is required
Experience in California billing claims, claims processing, or claims operations support is required
Preferred experience in California workers' compensation claims
Must reside in California or the Pacific Time Zone
Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Pacific Time is required
