What Youll Do :

Manage day-to-day operations of your assigned department(s), ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Develop departmental objectives, standards, and goals supporting the strategic plan and vision

Lead staff relations including performance management, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and conflict resolution

Oversee regulatory compliance, budgeting, contracts, and vendor relations

Evaluate and justify system, equipment, and supply needs while monitoring usage and maintenance

Coordinate patient care quality and collaborate with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments; provide direct care as needed

Foster a professional environment encouraging growth and integration of evidence-based clinical practices

What You Bring :

Current RN license in Michigan

Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience

At least 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
