We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is :

Sales-savvy with min of 1 year of experience

Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused

Fluent in Spanish (a plus due to our diverse patient base)

Skilled with phones, computers, and POS systems

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Your Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional service to every patient

Greet and assist patients, manage clinic flow

Educate patients on wellness services and memberships

Support marketing efforts and re-engage past members

Keep the clinic clean and organized

Work closely with a passionate, supportive team
