Travel Surgical Technologist – Charlotte, NC

13-Week Contract | Up to $1,950 Weekly (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist to join one of our trusted hospital partners in Charlotte, North Carolina . This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled surgical tech to work in a top-tier medical facility while enjoying one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing cities in the South.

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Experience Required : Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience

Certifications Required : BLS (AHA) required; National Certification (CST) preferred

Job Description :

Assist surgeons and the operating room team during a variety of surgical procedures

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready for each case

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently and safely

Handle specimens properly and assist with surgical counts before and after procedures

Clean, sterilize, and organize surgical equipment according to hospital standards

Work collaboratively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with all infection control, safety, and facility policies

Education and Certification Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required

BLS Certification (AHA) required

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred

Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
