What You'll Do :

  • Support the Disbursement Accounting Department with balancing closing files and reconciling funds
  • Perform high-volume data entry and title updates across multiple systems (ResWare, RamQuest)
  • Review daily reports, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile transactions as needed
  • Communicate with closing teams and clients to ensure accurate disbursement processing

What You'll Need :

  • High school diploma required
  • Basic accounting experience or familiarity with financial data entry
  • Comfortable working with Excel and learning new software or portals quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
